ice breakers plays on the uncomfortable games played as part of the onboarding process, with a particular lens pointed at corporate America and an increasingly complicit American workplace drifting ever further from the necessary actions needed to stall global warming and climate crises.
In the work, a sardonic voice permeates the text, while frequently absurd, a byproduct of the work is a conversation about work, complicity, the climate, personal responsibility, and the revealing nature of planetary civil war.
